Azka Corbuzier Ready To Box Vicky Prasetyo, Deddy Corbuzier: Don't Be Arrogant
JAKARTA – Azka proved his seriousness against Vicky Prasetyo in the boxing ring. Facilitated by his father, Deddy Corbuzier, he prepared to fight Kalina Oktarani's ex-husband.
Azka also told about the preparation process for the boxing match which was held on March 31.
“I've been training for 24 hours… every day. I'm ready for this. The question is, uncle Vicky, are you ready?” replied Azka Corbuzier in English.
"Need? I thought I could get one round but I'm going to have fun."
As a father, Deddy Corbuzier had a message for Azka in that boxing round. He hopes Azka can play a boxing action against Vicky.
“I said to him, “Azka, we have three rounds. If you hit in the first round, you're done. The audience only has five seconds. "You play first, but as soon as you see it, you get knocked down immediately," said Deddy Corbuzier.
"Because of this, children are trained hard from a young age. I trained him martial arts very hard indeed. He has five different martial arts," he explained.
He said, since childhood, he had coached Azka Corbuzier with boxing for eight years.
“I take this seriously. I practice every day. Every day padding, shadow boxing, also cardio," he explained.
"The problem is that Vicky really likes to provoke people's emotions. We want a friendly match but he's really annoying," said Deddy Corbuzier.
Even though Deddy is confident that his son can beat Vicky, he asks Azka not to be arrogant. "I'm against Azka, I'm often battered, based on that. But boxing can't be arrogant. There are events that need to be anticipated, you shouldn't underestimate your opponent," said Deddy.
Azka Corbuzier and Vicky Prasetyo will face off in the boxing ring on March 31. The match was broadcast via Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel on the same day.
