Bank DKI Continues To Drive Consumer Credit Growth
JAKARTA - Along with the increasing mobility of the people, Bank DKI will continue to encourage the growth of consumer loans in 2022, especially for the Multi-Use Loans and the Griya Monas House ownership credit (KPR).
Director of Retail and Sharia of Bank DKI, Babay Parid Wazdi in Jakarta, Monday, March 28, said that Bank DKI will expand the consumer credit market not only within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government but also to target the consumer market which has been targeted in the Business Mapping of Bank DKI.
A number of marketing programs carried out were the Gebyar Promo Program which was held at the City Hall of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, as well as 2 other locations, namely the Central Jakarta Mayor's Office and North Jakarta Mayor's Office.
"The Gebyar Promo program is an appreciation for civil servants within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. The promo celebration will also be carried out outside the DKI Provincial Government," said Babay, in his written statement.
Marketing of Multi-Purpose Credit products online is also one of the company's strategies to boost the growth of Multi-Purpose Credit. Currently, Bank DKI has an e-form application for consumer loans that can be accessed via smartphones, to make it easier for customers to apply for credit.
Furthermore, Babay Parid said that Bank DKI would also initiate marketing cooperation with 3rd parties selling consumptive goods/services, including the purchase of four-wheeled vehicles. Recently, Bank DKI has collaborated with the Kebayoran Raya Motor Palace, which is one of the Honda Car dealers.
"In the future, Bank DKI will continue to open up potential collaborations with various other consumptive needs providers," he explained.
For information, in 2021 the distribution of Multi-Use Loans will grow by 15.34 percent of IDR 11.2 trillion at the end of 2020 to IDR 12.9 trillion at the end of 2021. The development of Multi-Use Loans during 2021 is influenced by several factors, including the relative easing of the COVID-19 pandemic and increased marketing and product promotion activities.

Previously, Bank DKI had also disbursed a 0 Rupiah down payment for the Samawa Nuansa Pondok Kelapa Tower which was also developed by Sarana Jaya and Samesta Sentraland Cengkareng, West Jakarta and Rusunami Bandar Kemayoran which was developed by Perumnas.
