IIMS 2022 Named Hybrid, New Brand Ready To Emerg
JAKARTA – The movement of the national automotive industry is expected to appear at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) Hybrid 2022 automotive exhibition. This activity will be held from March 31 to April 10 at the Jakarta International Expo (JIEXPO), Kemayoran, Jakarta.
Various brands of both four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles will participate in the annual event.
One of the things that automotive lovers look forward to the most at every IIMS event is the launch of new cars and motorcycles. This year's event is no exception.
Various new automotive products are rumored to be launching. Starting from the multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) segment, sport utility vehicle (SUV), to electric vehicles.

Suzuki
Suzuki Indonesia through its Instagram social media account released a teaser featuring their latest vehicle product.
"Get ready for The Extra Fine. Are you ready for this car?" Suzuki wrote in the upload on the teaser on the account (@suzuki_id).
If you look closely, the front view of the vehicle on the teaser is similar to the Suzuki XL7, especially on the grille.
The teaser also shows a red line that runs from the bottom of the front bumper to the underside of the side of the car. The car, which is thought to be a refresher for the Suzuki XL7, is believed to be launching on the 2022 IIMS Hybrid.
Hyundai
President Joko Widodo recently announced the presence of Hyundai's newest electric car product, the Ioniq 5.
Now the public can see the Ioniq 5 more closely after Hyundai confirmed that it would bring the vehicle to the IIMS Hybrid 2022 event.
The Ioniq 5 is a car produced by the Hyundai factory in Cikarang. This is Hyundai's third electric vehicle launched in Indonesia after the Kona and Ioniq EV.
Mazda
At the Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (JAW) 2022 in mid-March, Mazda showcased their latest product teaser, the Mazda CX-5.
In the teaser, Mazda also announced that the release of the vehicle will take place on April 1, 2022, which coincides with the IIMS Hybrid 2022 show.
It is estimated that Mazda will present the CX-5 facelift. This model has been on sale in Japan in early December 2021 with prices ranging from 2,678,500 yen (Rp. 337 million) to 4,075,500 yen (Rp. 513 million).
Benelli
Benelli will also enliven the 2022 IIMS Hybrid event by launching a new product.
The CEO of Benelli Anugerah Motor Pusaka, Steven Kentjana Putra, has leaked this. The type of motorcycle that will be launched is a scooter. In addition, his party will also hold a Benelli 100th Anniversary celebration at the IIMS Hybrid 2022 event.
