Has Been Reminded But Still Slow, Deputy Mayor Fitrianti Rebukes Disdukcapil Palembang About E-KTP Service
PALEMBANG - Palembang Deputy Mayor Fitrianti Agustinda gave a warning to the Regional Technical Service Unit of the Population and Civil Registration Service (UPTD Disdukcapil) regarding e-KTP services.
The compensation was given after he found that around tens of e-KTP sheets, which were completed in two UPTD Disdukcapil Sub-districts Alang-alang Lebar and Seberang Ulu 2, had not been distributed to the public on Wednesday and Thursday, March 24.
"Each UPTD is to immediately deliver all E-KTPs to their owners directly or through the local sub-districts," he said after an inspection at the UPTD Disdukcapil Seberang Ulu 2 Subdistrict, Palembang, Antara, Thursday, March 24.
He asked the officers not to just wait for the community to take it themselves, by only making announcements on social media so that the ID cards piled up in the office.
According to Fitrianti, her party has emphasized to the Disdukcapil that every matter of making E-KTP or other correspondence must be fast and the results will be immediately given to the public.
"Even though it was previously reminded and agreed upon regarding this, all files are important, for all public affairs, be it health/banking, so it must be fast so that it doesn't hamper it anymore," he said.
On this occasion, apart from an inspection to the UPTD Disdukcapil, the Head of PMI Palembang City also held an inspection to the Nagaswidak Health Center, Seberang Ulu 2 District to ensure health services there.
This is because, Fitrianti said, according to reports from the local community, they did not get good service from the health workers at the Puskesmas.
"I hope that through this inspection, related parties can improve services to the community with smiles, greetings, greetings and friendliness and do not practice illegal levies," he said.
