Joko Tjandra Had A Plan To Ask For Money Back From The Action Plan Amounting To 500 Thousand US Dollars

JAKARTA - Joko Soegiarto Tjandra had planned to ask for money back from the consultation payment in making the action plan worth US $ 500 thousand. This is because the method in the action plan to release him from execution is deemed unclear.

"We haven't had time, but we are planning to go there (ask for money back)," said Joko Tjandra's lawyer, Soesilo Aribowo, to reporters, Thursday, September 24.

Soesilo said, Joko gave the money because Andi Irfan Jaya insisted. Otherwise the action plan will not be executed. Joko only agreed to half of Andi Irfan Jaya's request, worth US $ 1 million.

"Andinya ask first, if not (given), not given the action plan," he said.

However, after reading the contents of the action plan, Soesilo said his client asked to cancel it. Joko felt that some of the action plan points did not make sense and could not save him from execution.

"After studying it, reading it, there are things that don't make sense, such as a fatwa, for example, that is a PK decision, a fatwa can't, it's impossible," he said.

There were 10 action plan points proposed by Pinangki Sirna Malasari and Andi Irfan Jaya, which were not realized. Joko Soegiarto Tjandra rejected the action plan by noting 'no'.

The first action plan was the signing of a Security Deposit (Akta Kuasa Jual), which was intended by the defendant as a guarantee if the Security Deposit promised by Joko Tjandra was not realized. The person in charge is JC (Joko Soegiarto Tjandra) and IR (Andi Irfan Jaya), which will be held on February 13, 2020 to February 23, 2020.

The second action plan was the delivery of a letter from the lawyer to BR (Burhanuddin / Officials of the Attorney General's Office), which was intended by the defendant as a request for a Supreme Court fatwa from the lawyer to the Attorney General's Office to be forwarded to the Supreme Court. The person in charge is IR (Andi Irfan Jaya) and AK (Dr. Anita Kolopaking), which will be held on 24 February 2020 to 25 February 2020.

The third action plan is that BR (Burhanuddin / Officials of the Attorney General's Office) sends a letter to HA (Hatta Ali / Supreme Court Officer) which Pinangki refers to as a follow-up letter from the lawyer regarding the Supreme Court Fatwa request. The person in charge of this plan is IR (Andi Irfan Jaya) and P (Pinangki, the defendant) which will be carried out on February 26, 2020 to March 1, 2020.

The fourth action plan is the payment of a 25 percent fee (Pinangki, the defendant) (250,000 US dollars), which is meant by Pinangki is the payment of phase I for the shortage of fee giving to the defendant of 1,000,000 (one million United States dollars) which has been paid the down payment. (DP) of 500,000 (five hundred thousand United States Dollar). The person in charge for this action plan is JC (Joko Soegiarto Tjandra).

The sixth action plan is HA (Hatta Ali / Supreme Court Officer) in response to the letter BR (Burhanuddin / Supreme Court Officer), what the defendant meant was the response to the Supreme Court's letter to the Attorney General's letter regarding the Supreme Court Fatwa Request. The person in charge for this plan is HA (Hatta Ali / Supreme Court Officer) / DK (unknown) / AK (Anita Kolopaking), which will be implemented from March 6, 2020 to March 16, 2020.

The seventh action plan is BR (Burhanuddin / Official of the Attorney General's Office) to issue instructions related to the letter HA (Hatta Ali / Supreme Court Officer). According to the prosecutor, Pinangki explained the plan of the Attorney General to instruct his subordinates to implement the Supreme Court fatwa. The person in charge for this plan is IF (unknown) / P (Pinangki / defendant), which will be implemented on March 16, 2020 to March 26, 2020.

The eighth action plan is Liquid Deposit Security (10,000,000) US dollars. Pinangki called it JC's plan (Joko Soegiarto Tjandra) to pay this amount of money if the second action plan point, third point action plan, and sixth point action plan, as well as the seventh action plan point are successfully implemented.
