The Light Steel Roof That Was Blown By The Wind Was Evacuated By The Joint Chiefs, The Victim Turned Out To Be A High School Teacher 232

JAKARTA - The canopy with a light steel material measuring 8x10 square meters that had closed the Jalan Pahlawan Revolusi, RW03, Klender Village, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta, was finally successfully evacuated by joint officers.

Head of the East Jakarta Fire and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-dept. of Ops, Gatot Sulaeman, said that his party had succeeded in handling the canopy so that it no longer closed the road causing traffic jams on Jalan Pahlawan Revolution.

"The canopy evacuation has been completed, four personnel were deployed earlier. It started at 11.52 WIB and ended at 12.48 WIB," Gatot told reporters, Wednesday, March 23.

As is known, the canopy made of mild steel belonging to a furniture shop flew and injured two motorcyclists who happened to be passing by at the scene.

The two victims are known to be teachers and students who are female. The injured victim is known as Wardah, who is an assistant teacher at SMA 232.

Furthermore, another injured victim was identified as Titania (17), a resident of Duren Sawit. Both victims suffered injuries around the back, between the head or back. Both are still undergoing treatment at the Jatinegara Primary Hospital.

After the process of handling the canopy frame was completed, the officers evacuated the traffic flow, which had stalled, gradually returning to normal.

Head of the East Jakarta Civil Service Police Unit (Kasatpol PP) Budhi Novian said joint officers managed to evacuate the canopy roof truss which had blocked the access road. Currently, the traffic flow in the area has been successfully reopened.

"The Revolutionary Hero Road can now be passed for vehicles. The situation is back to normal," he said.
