Sayang Heulang Beach In Garut Is Getting 'beautiful' Following The West Java Provincial Government's Plan To Repair Damaged Roads
JABAR - The West Java Provincial Government (West Java Provincial Government) has allocated a budget of Rp. 9.8 billion to repair roads in the tourist area of Sayang Heulang Beach, Pameungpeuk District, Garut Regency. The goal is that visitors feel comfortable while traveling in that place.
"This year, the damaged road in the Sayang Heulang tourist area will be repaired by the West Java Province," said Head of the Garut Regency Tourism and Culture Office, Budi Gan Gan in Garut, Antara, Tuesday, March 22.
The tourist attraction of Sayang Heulang Beach has now been revitalized so that it is more attractive with a number of comfortable and safe facilities for visitors. But the new atmosphere at the tourist spot, said Budi, was 'smeared' because there is still a 3 km long road on the beach in a damaged condition.
"The 3 km long road is still damaged. It is targeted this year by the province to finish repairing it," he said.
He conveyed that the road conditions in the southern area of Garut to the beach tourism object were generally quite good, including from the highway to the main door of Sayang Heulang, which was good.
He hopes that road repairs in the Sayang Heulang tourist area can foster other business sectors that can provide benefits to the community.
"Hopefully, if the road is good, it can be like a tour in Pangandaran," he said.
The West Java Provincial Government has inaugurated the new tourist area of Sayang Heulang Beach with various facilities such as sidewalks, huts, as well as other facilities and infrastructure, including a selfie spot which is an attraction for tourists.
Sayang Heulang Beach is one of the famous tourist attractions in Garut besides other beaches, namely Santolo Beach in Cikelet District, Rancabuaya Beach in Caringin District, and Cijeruk Beach in Cibalong District.
