JAKARTA - The East Jakarta District Court has again held a hearing on the alleged criminal act of terrorism with the defendant Munarman. The trial is scheduled to read a plea or defense by the defendant, Monday (21/3). Previously, Public Prosecutor (JPU) Munarman with a sentence of 8 years in prison related to the terrorism case The prosecutor assessed that Munarman was legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing a criminal act of terrorism as the second indictment of conspiracy. Second, Article 15 in conjunction with Article 7 of Law Number 5 of 2018 concerning Amendments to Law 15 of 2003 concerning the Stipulation of Perppu Number 1 of 2002 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Terrorism.
