2 Kemenkumham Immigration Staff Examined By The AGO For Joko Tjandra

JAKARTA - Junior Attorney General Investigators for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) The Attorney General's Office is again examining two employees of Immigration at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham). They were examined as witnesses for Joko Soegiarto Tjandra.

"Again, two witnesses involved in the case of alleged corruption and a criminal consensus gave gifts or promises on behalf of the suspect, Joko Soegiarto Tjandra," said Head of the Legal Information Center of the Attorney General's Office, Hari Setiyono, to reporters, Wednesday, September 23.

The two witnesses were Usin as the Head of the Air Immigration Checkpoint (TPI) at the Immigration Inspection at the Immigration Traffic Directorate at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

Then, Danang Sukmawan Head of Management and Reporting at the Sub-Directorate for Data Management and Reporting of the Directorate of Immigration Information Systems and Technology at the Directorate General of Immigration at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

"The examination was carried out to find legal facts about overseas trips carried out by the PSM Prosecutor in order to meet the suspect Joko S. Tjandra," he said.

Previously, the two employees of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Immigration had been questioned twice. Previously they were examined on 8 September.

Febrie Ardiansyah, Director of Investigation at the Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes, said that to ensure the journey of prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari in and out of Indonesia.

"If from the Director General of Immigration, we just look at the crossings. Examination will confirm when he (Prosecutor Pinangki) will leave," Febrie told reporters, Wednesday, September 9.

Meanwhile, Pinangki met Joko Tjandra in Malaysia. The meeting took place when Joko was a fugitive from the Attorney General's Office.

In this case, the Attorney General's Office named Joko Tjandra as a suspect in giving bribes to Attorney Pinangki Sirna Malasari through Andi Irfan Jaya when he was a Nasdem politician.
