"Marc Marquez has been declared unfit for the Indonesian GP. The eight-time World Champion is absent from Sunday's race due to a concussion suffered following a violent Warm-up accident," they wrote.
Marquez was rushed to the hospital after experiencing a highside at the seventh corner. He was seen flying and his motorbike was shattered.
After returning from the hospital, the Spaniard's arm was bandaged.
The Mandalika Circuit seems less friendly with Marquez. On Saturday, he fell twice each through corner 12 and 13 during the qualifying session.
