Pinangki's Appearance Changed Completely During The Trial
JAKARTA - Attorney Pinangki Sirna Malasari was presented at the inaugural hearing on the alleged gratification of the Supreme Court (MA) fatwa administration and money laundering crime (TPPU). During the trial, Pinangki appeared to be wearing closed clothes.
Based on VOI's monitoring, Pinangki entered the courtroom of Prof. Dr. Kusumahatmaja at around 10:00 WIB. Pinangki mpak wore a long green suit combined with a pink scarf.
At the beginning of the trial, Chief Judge IG Eko Purwanto asked about the defendant's news and read out the identity of Pinangki.
"The trial on behalf of the defendant Pinangki Sirna Malasari was opened and open to the public," said Eko at the Central Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, September 23.
Then Pinangki replied by saying that he was healthy and ready to undergo the first trial.
"Thank God, noble, healthy," he replied.
Pinangki's appearance while undergoing trial changed drastically. Since actively working as a prosecutor, his appearance has been fashionable. Only when undergoing trials at the Attorney General's Office, several times Pinangki wore a veil.
In this case Pinangki is said to have received a bribe worth 500 thousand US dollars. This money was given by Djoko Tjandra so that Pinangki took care of the fatwa at the MA through the Attorney General's Office.
Pinangki is charged with Article 5 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 5 paragraph (1) letter a of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption as amended and supplemented by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 regarding the Eradication of Corruption Crime.
