Mandalika MotoGP FP1: Pol Espargaro Is The Fastest, Marc Marquez Is In 3rd Position, Fabio Quartararo Is The Worst
MANDALIKA - Repsol Honda racer, Pol Espargaro, became the fastest in the first free practice session (FP1) of the Mandalika MotoGP, Friday, March 18. Pol incised the fastest lap time of 1 minute 33,499 seconds.
He beat KTM's Miguel Oliviera, who was in second place. The Portuguese rider is 0.044 seconds adrift of Pol Espargaro.
Pol's teammate, Marc Marquez, took third place with just 0.078 seconds adrift. While the Yamaha MotoGP rider, Franco Morbidelli, trailed in fourth position, 0.382 adrift of Pol Espargaro.
Meanwhile, Morbidelli's teammate, Fabio Quartararo, slumped in this FP1 session. The French racer was in 16th position with the fastest lap time of 1 minute 34,793.
