JAKARTA - The Russian side claims to have controlled the Kyiv border. In the video uploaded to the official twitter account of the Russian Ministry of Defense @mood_russia, a number of soldiers are seen carrying out tight security at the border. Several heavily armed tanks were on standby. Vehicles that enter and exit undergo inspection, even though the vehicle has been given a sign from the Russian side.
