VIDEO: Russia Asks International Court To Exercise Restraint, Postpones Military Operations In Ukraine

JAKARTA - The United Nations International Court of Justice has asked Russia to suspend military operations in Ukraine. The decision was read out Wednesday, March 16. In its trial, the decision was taken by a majority vote, 13 to 2. The International Court of Justice also asked Russia and Ukraine to refrain from taking any action that could prolong the dispute.
