BTS Will Appear At Party Royale Fortnite Event

JAKARTA - Fortnite game developer, Epic Games, announced its latest collaboration with the K-pop group BTS. BTS is said to be showing their latest music video debut on the island party royale.

Reported by The Verge, Tuesday, September 22, in collaboration with Fortnite, BTS will exclusively showcase the new "Dynamite" music video. Not only that, they will also perform "never before shown" choreography.

BTS's debut virtual concert at Fortnite is scheduled to broadcast on Friday, September 25 at 8 p.m. EDT. This means that the Indonesian Army can only witness the appearance of RM et al at Fortnite on September 26 morning, at 07.00 WIB

In addition to the music video that will be broadcast, two new emotes with the theme of BTS will also be sold on September 23, 2020. Epic Games said the new emotes were taken from BTS choreography.

According to Fortnite's Head of Global Partnerships, Nate Nanzer, BTS's presence in Party Royale mode will be Fortnite's main attraction. Moreover, they will also focus on building high-tech studios to accommodate virtual concerts that will be broadcast on Fortnite.

"This is a unique way to appear in an audience that may not be reached," he said.

In fact, this is not the first time Fortnite has collaborated with well-known musicians to present music content in the game. Previously there were Marshmello, Travis Scott and Kenshi Yonezu who appeared virtually at Party Royale at Fortnite.
