Attorney General's Office Again Examining Rahmat For Suspect Djoko Tjandra

During the interrogation, said Hari, investigators investigated the purpose of bribery that Djoko Tjandra gave to prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari through former Nasdem politician Andi Irfan Jaya, worth 500 thousand US dollars.

The Attorney General's Office is known to have named Djoko Tjandra as a suspect in giving bribes to Prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari. The suspect was named after the Attorney General's Office twice questioned Djoko Tjandra.
The Attorney General's Office charged Djoko Tjandra with article 5 paragraph 1 letter a of Law 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption, as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001.
Or the second suspicion, article 5 paragraph 1 letter b of the Law on the eradication of criminal acts of corruption or the third is Article 13 of the Corruption Eradication Law.
In this case, the AGO also named Attorney Pinangki Sirna Malasari and Andi Irfan Jaya as suspects. For Pinangki tomorrow will undergo the first trial or trial for reading the charges at the Corruption Court at the Central Jakarta Court.
