Jalan Kebon Jeruk Is Still Inundated With Water And 48 RT In Jakarta
JAKARTA - Head of Data Information Center (Kapusdatin) DKI Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) M. Insaf conveyed the development of flood and inundation information in Jakarta.
This afternoon, said Insaf, only one road segment was inundated, out of the eight roads in Jakarta that were inundated due to heavy rains last night.
"The road that is still inundated is on Jalan Perumahan Green Garden Blok N10A, North Kedoya, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta, with a water level of 10 centimeters," Insaf told reporters, Tuesday, September 22.
In the development of flood management as of 12.00 WIB, currently 15 people are still displaced. The refugees are in one evacuation location, namely the Riyadhul Saadah North Kembangan prayer room.
Meanwhile, there are still 48 RTs that are still inundated. In details, there are 14 RT in West Jakarta with a water level of 10 to 30 centimeters (cm), 6 RT in South Jakarta with a water level of 10 to 70 cm.
Then, there are 27 RT in East Jakarta with a water level of 10 to 70 cm, and 1 RT in North Jakarta with a water level of 10 to 30 cm.
"Meanwhile, conditions in Central Jakarta have receded since 08.00 WIB," he said.
Furthermore, the Department of Environment (LH) also dispatched 45 officers to transport garbage in 3 rivers and streams after the rain which caused flooding.
Head of the DKI Jakarta Environment and Forestry Service Andono Warih said that garbage transportation was carried out at Manggarai Water Gate, Central Jakarta, West Jakarta Season City Flood Canal, and East Jakarta Kampung Melayu Bridge.
"There are 20 officers at Manggarai Water Gate, 15 people at BKB Season City, and 10 people at the Ciliwung River, Kampung Melayu Bridge," said Andono.
