Investigating Youth Bundir Case Due To Bullying On Social Media, Police Wait For Family Report
TANGERANG - Police continue to investigate the motive of Vivi, a 26-year-old man in Ciledug, Tangerang, who committed suicide after allegedly being depressed after being bullied on social media.
The Head of Criminal Investigation at the Tangerang Metro Police, Kompol Rudi Ardiana, said that his party was waiting for a report from the family. This is done so that the case can be followed up.
"If there are words of bullying that are conveyed by the person and the injured party reports to us, we will handle it," said Rudi when confirmed, Tuesday, March 15.
Rudi admitted that Vivi died because of a problem. But he did not know the basis of the problem, which was experienced by the victim.
"There is information that appears when there is a problem," said Rudi.
Regarding the summoning of the account owner, Rudi did not rule out the possibility of calling him for questioning. Rudi said, this was done to determine the cause of death of the victim.
"(Call the account owner) if to find out the reason why the person hanged himself, if we know his identity, we can invite him in this case," he said.
Previously, it was reported that Vivi ended her life by hanging herself in her rented apartment in Ciledug, Tangerang City, Saturday, March 12. Investigate a calibaration, the man ended his life because of the alleged sexual assault he did.
