Call UI Teaches Free Sex To Students, Lecturers Policing PKS Politicians
JAKARTA - The Academic Community of the University of Indonesia (UI) came to the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit to report Al Muzzammil Yusuf, a politician from the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), for accusing UI of teaching free sex to new students.
FISIP UI Political Science lecturer, Reni Suwarso, confirmed that the allegations made by Al Muzzammil were slander. Reni guarantees that UI never teaches free sex to new students.
"There is not a single sentence or explanation of the material related that UI teaches free sex. Absolutely not," said Reni at the Police Criminal Investigation Unit, reported by Antara, Monday, September 21.
In that report, Reni said that his party brought complete evidence that UI had never taught free sex. The evidence is in the form of learning materials provided by UI to new students.
Reni emphasized that his party had not previously communicated with Al Muzzammil regarding this matter. According to him, Al Muzzammil should have been proactive in contacting UI to apologize for the accusations he made.
"He should have contacted us to apologize," said Reni.
In that report, Reni said that Al Muzzammil could be subject to violations of Article 27 paragraph 3 and Article 45 paragraph 3 concerning ITE. Then also Article 14 of Law Number 1 of 1946 concerning criminal law regulations.
He said the report he made was being processed by Bareskrim investigators. "Later (police report number)," he said.
Previously, in the Al Muzzammil video on his Instagram account @ almuzzammil.yusuf, the PKS faction member of the DPR regretted the teaching material from the University of Indonesia for new students.
Al Muzzammil said that the material brought elements of western culture in the form of free sex.
