Enough Sleep "I keep 8 hours of sleep, or 7.5 hours," said Luhut quoted from YouTube Deddy Corbuzier, Saturday, March 12.

Luhut maintains his sleep rhythm every day and must sleep at least 7.5 to 8 hours per night. Sleep schedule is also maintained so that you can wake up in the morning.

Waking Up Early After getting enough sleep, Luhut said that he is used to getting up in the morning and exercising immediately. "I woke up at half past six, definitely straight on the treadmill," he said.

Sports Although busy, Luhut is not lazy to exercise. "Running on the treadmill for 45-50 minutes. If on a weekend or Saturday-Sunday, it can be about an hour. Keep stretching, continue (exercise) weights, I plank it can be 80 seconds, "said Luhut.
