Kemendikbudristek: PTM In Accordance With The Decree Of The Four Ministers
JAKARTA - Secretary General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) Suharti said face-to-face learning (PTM) is in accordance with the Decree of the Four Ministers.
"The Education Office and schools can follow the guidelines in the last Four Ministerial SKB. The current Four Ministerial SKB is dynamic, adapting to the conditions of each region. Please re-examine the points regulated in the Four Ministerial SKB," said Suharti in a written statement quoted by Antara, Friday, March 11.
He added that understanding and discipline in applying health protocols was the key to the success of a safe and comfortable limited PTM.
Through the Circular of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Mendikbudristek) Number 2 of 2022, PTM is limited to level two PPKM areas can be implemented with the number of students 50 percent of the classroom capacity.
Then, the implementation of Limited PTM in educational units located in regions with PPKM levels one, three, and four still follows the provisions in the Four Ministerial Decree.
In addition, based on the Minister of Education and Culture Decree Number 2 of 2022, now parents or guardians of students are again given the option to allow their children to take part in Limited PTM or Distance Learning (PJJ).
Regarding the aspirations of the community in several regions for the implementation of school exams to be carried out online, Suharti said that the assessment process can be carried out by various methods, not only written tests, but in various forms such as assignments, and so on.
"It can be done offline or online if you are still unable to carry out limited PTM," said Suharti.
According to Secretary General Suharti, the school exam aims to assess student learning outcomes as a whole. Thus, the assessment of student learning outcomes is the authority of each school.
"Only teachers can know the learning process of their students, and can assess them as a whole using various types or forms of assessment," he said.
