Police Holds Reconstruction Of Rinaldi's Mutilation Case

JAKARTA - The police will hold a reconstruction of the mutilation case of Rinaldi Harley Wismanu. Reconstruction was carried out at three locations.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus said there were 4 locations related to the murder and mutilation case of Rinaldi. However, it was decided that this location would not be reconstructed in the actual location.

"The plan this afternoon together with the team together to present witnesses as well as two suspects we will present. The plan is that there are four TKPs (crime scenes) but there are probably three real crime scenes," Yusri told reporters, Friday, September 18.

Three reconstruction locations, among others, Kalibata City Apartments, South Jakarta; Mansion Apartments, Central Jakarta; and Permata Cimanggis Housing Complex, Depok.

During reconstruction, the suspects will demonstrate from the beginning of the planning to mutilating Rinaldi's body. So, it is possible that there will be new facts behind the mutilation case.

"First, where L and this victim met on the 9th. Also later there will be planning between DAF and L. Then there will be a crime scene in one of the apartments in the new market when the victim was tortured and resulted in the death of the victim and being mutilated there," Yusri said.

The two perpetrators of the mutilation against Rinaldi Harley Wismanu were lovers, namely Laeli Atik Supriyatin and Djumadil Al Fajar. The two of them were arrested at their rented house in the Cimanggis area, Depok, West Java.

They were charged with layered articles, including Article 340 KUHP, 338 KUHP, and 365 KUHP. So they are threatened with death.

Meanwhile, victim Rinaldi Harley Wismanu was the manager of Human Resource and General Affairs for PT Jaya Obayashi. The victim's body in a suitcase was found in one of the Kalibata City Apartment units.
