Officers Of The Joint Ticketing Vehicles For Overloading Goods

JAKARTA - Joint officers from the Transportation Agency, TNI and Polri held a cross-road raid on Jalan KH Mas Mansyur, Tanah Abang District, Central Jakarta on Monday, March 7, afternoon.

These raids targeted four-wheeled pickups and trucks carrying goods that were over-loaded.

From VOI's monitoring at the location, one by one the cars carrying goods that exceeded the load were stopped by officers from the Central Jakarta Transportation Service. The officer checks the suitability of the letter and vehicle whether it is suitable for operation or not.

After checking, it turned out that the officers found many violations that exceeded the load of goods. One by one, the vehicles were ticketed by officers.

Dandung J, as the Field Coordinator of the Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department (Sudinhub) said the Lintas Jaya operation was carried out jointly with the TNI and Polri. The aim is to check the completeness of the roadworthiness certificate.

"Operations targeting cars carrying goods. Private four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles are also being dealt with by the police," he told, Monday, March 7, afternoon.

From the results of the officer's inspection, it was found that a number of vehicles violated the established regulations.

"It was found (the vehicle) was overloaded, the weight did not match and some of the letters were dead. The sanctions were given a ticket," he said.

The control locations, continued Dandung, were carried out randomly and moved from place to place in Central Jakarta. Operations are also held every day on a regular basis.

"The most violations every day are vehicles that are overloaded every day," he said.

Meanwhile, according to Ali, one of the doll drivers who was given a ticket, he was shocked when he was stopped by the officers.
