Key Opinion Leader Survey: Ganjar Pranowo Majority Chosen From Business World-NGO, Anies Baswedan By Religious Organizations
JAKARTA - The survey institute Politica Research and Consulting (PRC) and Indonesian Political Parameter (PPI) released a key opinion leader (KOL) on the 2024 presidential candidates. There were 11 names of figures tested in this survey. For example, Ganjar Pranowo, Anies Baswedan, Sandiaga Uno, Ridwan Kamil, Prabowo Subianto to Puan Maharani.
PPI Executive Director Adi Prayitno said there were 207 influential figures from 34 provinces who were asked by KOL in a survey using a qualitative study from January 5 to February 5, 2022.
"The figures who become resource persons are generally domiciled in big cities with the consideration that access to information about national politics and the 11 figures of presidential candidates is more dynamic than at the Regency/City level. Each province has six sources, except for DKI Jakarta, which has 12 sources," he explained. Adi in a survey release in Jakarta, Sunday, March 6.
There are a number of aspects measured in the survey including visionary, political leadership, intellectuality, political skills, political communication skills, emotional stability, leadership style, religiosity and nationalism, appearance, moral integrity, and capability.
Meanwhile, the backgrounds of those who are the sources are academics, religious people, cultural experts, media practitioners, economic actors, and NGO activists.
The survey results from all these aspects, said Adi, the name Ganjar Pranowo unstoppably occupies the top position. This was followed by DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan in second place, Sandiaga Uno in third and Ridwan Kamil. Ganjar received 7.51 percent of the votes, Anies Baswedan 7.32 percent, Sandiaga Uno 7.20 percent and Ridwan Kamil 7.14 percent.
"Ganjar, Anies, Sandiaga and Ridwan Kamil are four figures who received a high rating from KOL. Although all four occupy the top position, of the eleven main aspects studied, none of them are at a very good level," explained Adi.
So, from the 11 elements of this assessment, Ganjar Pranowo got the top position from elements of the mass media, business world, cultural institutions, and non-governmental organizations. Meanwhile, Anies Baswedan got the top position in the elements of universities and religious organizations.

Adi said that of the 11 names presented, all of them had a pretty good average score because they got a score of 6-7. "It means that in the scale we made, 6 and 7 are quite good numbers," said Adi.
