Asymptomatic COVID-19 Patients At Graha Wisata TMII, 3 People Left

JAKARTA - There are three COVID-19 patients who are asymptomatic who are undergoing self-isolation at Graha Wisata Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), East Jakarta.

The head of the Graha Wisata TMII Unit, Yayang Kustiawan, said that today there was no increase in the number of COVID-19 patients in the asymptomatic category of people (OTG).

"There are no incoming patients. Two patients have left, so there are still three patients in total," said Yayang Kustiawan, quoted by Antara, Friday, March 4.

Yayang added, the number of patients undergoing self-isolation continues to decline every day.

Yayang said the downward trend in the number of patients had occurred since February 18, 2022. At that time there were 54 patients undergoing isolation.

"Judging from the data, there is indeed a decline. Almost every day more patients are recovering or going home compared to patients who have just entered," said Yayang.

Graha Wisata TMII is again functioned to accommodate COVID-19 patients without symptoms starting on February 2022. Graha TMII provides 40 isolation rooms with a total capacity of 100 patients.

The East Jakarta City Government anticipates a surge in COVID-19 cases by preparing two self-isolation places for patients who are exposed to the virus and need isolation places.

The two self-isolation locations are at Graha Wisata Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) and Puri Adhyaksa Building.
