Minister Yasonna Reshuffles The Ministry Of Law And Human Rights, Who Gets Promotion And Gets Rotation?

JAKARTA - Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna Hamonangan Laoly has transferred and promoted 119 high-ranking primary leaders within the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkum HAM).

"Some are promotional and some are rotational," said Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna H Laoly in a written statement received in Jakarta, Friday, March 4, quoted from Antara.

In his direction, Yasonna hopes that the newly inaugurated officials can maintain the trust and trust given by the state and be able to improve the quality of performance.

He explained that in carrying out the task there were three parameters of success. First, improving the quality of areas free from corruption (WBK) and clean and serving bureaucratic areas (WBBM).

Second, being able to maintain an unqualified opinion (WTP), and lastly, a minimum budget absorption of 95 percent or according to national minimum standards, said the Minister of Law and Human Rights.

"The parameters for the success of the performance is the increase in quality and quantity," he said.

On that occasion, he reminded that maintaining and even improving performance in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic situation is not an easy matter. Nevertheless, each individual still has to work optimally and support the national economic recovery program (PEN).

"Support, succeed and ensure that every government policy in accelerating the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic and national economic recovery runs according to applicable regulations," he stressed.

In line with that, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Komjen Police, Andap Budhi Revianto, said that changes in the organization are normal. The same applies to changes in positions.

"Position rotation is a common thing in government institutions as an organizational refresher," said Andap.

Andap added that rotation is part of an effort to address the dynamics that occur both internally and externally. Thus, the organization can continue to develop into a better entity according to the expectations and demands of society.

Several high-ranking pratama officials who have been rotated include the Director of Information Technology for Intellectual Property, Sucipto, who has been inaugurated as Secretary of the Directorate General of Intellectual Property.

Then, the Director of Patents, Layout Design of Integrated Circuits, and Trade Secrets of the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Dede Mia Yusanti was inaugurated as Director of Information Technology for Intellectual Property.
