Anglina Sondakh Is Obliged To Report Once Every 2 Weeks, Can Be Face-to-face Or Virtual Until June

JAKARTA - Angelina Patricia Pinkan Sondakh (Angelina Sondakh) visited the Class I Correctional Center (Bapas) South Jakarta (South Jakarta). Angelina's arrival to undergo a coaching program in the form of Free Leave (CMB).

"Angelina Sondakh will report herself every two weeks until June 1. Where the reporting can be face-to-face or virtual," Ricky told reporters at the South Jakarta Fathers, Friday, March 4.

"We will carry out direct supervision of Angelina Sondakh's mother," he continued.

Meanwhile, South Jakarta Regional Head of Clearance Guidance (BKD) Putu Aryuni explained the reason for being allowed to do virtual in reporting. This is based on the regulation of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Number 32 of 2020 regarding the handling of COVID-19.

"We will do it virtually, where since COVID-19 there has been a provision in Permenkumham number 32 of 2020," he said.
