Vilnius Lithuania Changes Russian Embassy Address To "Ukrainian Hero's Way"

JAKARTA - The municipal government of Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, will rename the street where the Russian Embassy is located to Heroes Street of Ukraine, the mayor of Vilnius said on Thursday.

"Everyone who writes to the embassy should think about the victims of the Russian aggression and about the heroes of Ukraine," Remigijus Simasius wrote on his Facebook page.

The unnamed dead end next to the embassy will officially accept the name on Wednesday, changing the embassy's address, the mayor said.

Letters will only be able to be sent to the embassy if it is addressed to the new road, he added.
