To Be Opened, Rusun PIK Pulogadung Must Be Occupied According To Allocation
JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government will open the PIK Pulogadung Rental Flats (Rusunawa), East Jakarta for the community to inhabit. The chairman of Commission D of the DKI DPRD, Ida Mahcepat, reminded the DKI Provincial Government to ensure that the tenants of the Pulogadung PIK Flat are in accordance with their designation.
Ida assessed that the flats should be intended for low-income people (MBR). Moreover, said Ida, there are still many contract employees such as Individual Other Service Providers (PJLP) or Public Infrastructure and Facilities Handling (PPSU) officers at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government who do not yet have a place to live.
"Because as we know who this flat should be for, especially if the rental price is Rp. 550 thousand to Rp. 750 thousand, this is very cheap. They are our contract employees who we need to help with priority (occupation)," Ida said while reviewing the location, Wednesday, March 2.
Therefore, Ida asked the Public Housing and Settlement Area Service (PRKP) to select the registrants for the residents of the Pulogadung PIK Flat.
"The conditions must be determined and I hope the Head of the Service will follow the conditions that have been determined," said Ida.
When looking at the condition of the Pulogadung PIK Flats, which are ready for occupancy, Ida said that the existing facilities had met the occupancy standards, starting from the interior to the exterior.
“When we wanted to go in, it was amazing, it looked like an apartment from the outside. We give our appreciation to the Housing Office, it is quite good, "said Ida.
Meanwhile, Plt. Head of the PRKP Office, Sarjoko, ensured that his party would continue to follow up on suggestions and input from Commission D to tighten the criteria for prospective residents with applicable terms and conditions.
"Because there are so many who want to register as prospective residents of the flats, we will continue to make sure that the flats occupied are really MBR residents," explained Sarjoko.
As is known, the Pulogadung PIK Rusunawa will soon be opened to the public in April 2022. This Rusunawa has three towers with a total of 511 residential units.
In detail, tower C1 has 16 roof floors with 169 residential units and 2 housing units for the disabled, tower C2 has 16 roof floors with 169 residential units, and tower C3 also has 16 roof floors with 169 residential units and 2 housing units with disabilities.
