VIDEO: Service System Down, Taxpayers Queue In Front Of The East Jakarta Samsat Office

JAKARTA - This is how the queue in front of the Samsat office, East Jakarta, Wednesday (2/3). This long queue is caused by the disruption of the service system. The traffic jam was triggered by long queues of taxpayers who could not take care of their needs because the system at the Samsat office was experiencing problems. Some motorists complained about the service because they could not take care of the renewal of the motorized vehicle certificate. Watch the full video below.
