JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police received a report on a suspected fraud case under the guise of binary options trading. The reported party is influencer Doni Salmanan.

"There has been a report and it is still under investigation," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, when confirmed, Wednesday, March 2.

The report is being investigated by a team of investigators from the Directorate of Cyber Crime.

Meanwhile, previously, the Director of Special Economic Crimes of the Indonesian National Police, Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan, stated that Donny Salmanan had also been questioned.

"(The one being examined, red) is DS, yes," said Whisnu.

In addition, in the Binomo case that was handled, his party also pointed to two affiliates besides Indra Kenz. However, until now the process is still in the stage of examining witnesses.

"I also have developments for other suspected affiliators, but we are still investigating the witnesses," said Whisnu.

"Yes, we may have 2 more, from the testimony of witnesses, yes," he continued.

Based on information, the two affiliates whose involvement is being investigated have the initials PS and EL.
