Who Wants Yaya Purnomo's Louis Vuitton And Gucci Bags? Again Being Auctioned By KPK
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is auctioning looted items belonging to a former employee of the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) Yaya Purnomo who was a convict in the bribery-gratification case for the administration of the Special Allocation Fund (DAK). Items up for auction range from precious metals to Louis Vuitton bags.
Acting KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement, Ali Fikri, said the auction was based on the decision of the Corruption Court at the Central Jakarta District Court Number 77/Pid.sus-TPK/2018/PN.Jkt.Pst dated February 4.
"KPK through the Jakarta III KPKNL intermediary will conduct an auction of state looted goods without the presence of auction participants via the internet or closed bidding," said Ali in a written statement, Wednesday, March 2.
Here are the details of the items being auctioned:
1 black butterfly patterned wallet containing: 24 precious metals each weighing @25gr with a limit price of Rp.466.728.000 and a security deposit of Rp.100 million. Sold in 1 package in the form of: 1 black and yellow box bearing Purityisreliable Precious Metals containing 4 Precious Metals each weighing @100gr; 2 Precious Metals each weighing @ 50gr and in it there is also a purchase receipt from the Bandung mas shop; 1 suitcase of the President brand, silver gray, size 22 inches; 1 axle with a checkered pattern for the Ri Ri Sheng brand with a limit price of IDR 397,177,000 and a security deposit of IDR 80 million. Sold in 1 package in the form of 1 black and yellow box bearing Purityisreliable Precious Metals which contains: 10 pieces of Precious Metal each weighing @50gr and inside there is also a purchase receipt from the Bandung mas shop and 1 pink bag in a white bag that says Furla with a limit price of IDR 396,824,000 and a security deposit of IDR 80 million. Sold in 1 package in the form of 1 orange wallet containing: 3 pieces of Precious Metal weighing 100 Grams each with serial numbers A6802276, LKQW010 and A6803107 along with 2 purchase invoices and 1 black and white bag in a white bag with the word Guess at a limit price IDR 239,458,000 and a security deposit of IDR 50 million. 1 purple bag in a bag that says Louis Vuitton with a limit price of IDR 26,435,000 and a security deposit of IDR 5,500,000. 1 bone white bag in a white bag with Gucci inscription with a limit price of IDR 18,914,000 and a security deposit of IDR 4 million. Sold in 1 package in the form of 1 colorful bag in a white bag with Aigner inscribed and 1 black bag in a white bag with Aigner inscribed on it.The auction is scheduled to be held on Thursday, March 10. Interested parties, Ali said, could visit the domain address www.lelang.go.id.
The deadline for bidding is 10:45 WIB. "The auction winner is determined after the bid deadline," he concluded.
