Cardi B Sues For Divorce Offset After 3 Years Of Marriage

JAKARTA - Rapper Cardi B reportedly sued for divorce from her husband, who is also a rapper, Offset on Tuesday, September 15. This report is registered with the Fulton County Magistrate in Georgia.

The form contains the real names of the two rappers, namely Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar vs. Kiari Kendrell Cephus. Launching Billboard, Wednesday, Cardi B also asked for custody of their child, Kulture Kiari Cephus.

The lawsuit comes after the celebration of their three years of marriage on September 20, 2017. They were married before the Migos group members proposed to Cardi B at the Power 99 concert in Philadelphia.

Previously, they had broken up because Offset had an affair. But they decided to reconcile. Cardi B's decision drew criticism from fans.

"If you love someone and stop with them, and you feel depressed and social media tells you not to talk to that person because they are cheating on you, you won't feel good until you have that conversation," she said in an interview with Vogue.

Cardi B and Offset have not opened their voices regarding this lawsuit.

The first trial is scheduled to take place on November 4 at 10:00 US time.
