Investigating Bribes For The Dissolution Of PT SGP, KPK Examines Two Judges At The Surabaya District Court
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is tracing the flow of bribes related to the handling of the case for the dissolution of PT Soyu Giri Primedika (SGP) which ensnared the inactive Surabaya District Court (PN) Judge Itong Isnaeni Hidayat.
This search was carried out by examining two judges from the Surabaya District Court, namely Emma Ellyani and R. Yoes Hartyarso. Both were present and examined by investigators on Tuesday, March 1 yesterday.
"It was confirmed that there was an alleged flow of money in determining the decision in the case," said Acting Spokesperson for the KPK for Enforcement, Ali Fikri in a written statement, Wednesday, March 2.
In addition, the KPK is also investigating a number of other cases at the Surabaya District Court that Itong tried from the two witnesses.
Actually, the KPK will also examine another witness, namely Mohammad Fadjarisman who is a Makassar District Court Judge. However, he was not present and will be rescheduled. As previously reported, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) assigned the Surabaya District Court Judge Itong Isnaeni Hidayat to be inactive and the substitute clerk, Hamdan, as recipients of bribes. While the giver is a lawyer and representative of PT Soyu Giri Primedika, Hendro Kasiono.
This bribe was given by Hendro Kasiono so that the decision on the PT SGP case was according to his party's wishes, namely that the company was declared disbanded with a divisible asset value of IDR 50 billion.
The money given by Hendro to Hamdan was carried out in the parking lot of the Surabaya District Court Building amounting to Rp140 million as a sign of completion. However, before the money was in the hands of Judge Itong, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) carried out a hand arrest operation (OTT).
