SERANG - The video of the Serang flood victims shared by Puncak_Pejuang's twitter account is truly heartbreaking. Seen a number of people asking for help in front of the house where the puddles have reached the stomachs of adults. Meanwhile outside it was still pouring rain. Heavy rains that have hit Serang since Monday, February 28 have flooded a number of houses and roads in the Serang City area. Banten Police personnel together with the community and related agencies immediately evacuated the trapped flood victims.
