VIDEO: Russia Performs Veto, UN Secretary General Appoints Crisis Coordinator For Ukraine

JAKARTA - The Russian side has vetoed the report of the UN Security Council regarding the situation in Ukraine. Antonio Guterres, Secretary General of the United Nations regretted this. He then appointed Amin Awad as the UN Crisis Coordinator for Ukraine. One of Awad's duties, is to carry out all humanitarian response efforts on both sides of the contact line. Awad is a person with 30 years of experience in the fields of humanitarian, strategic action, planning and development. As previously reported, Russia's special operations in Ukraine have an impact on refugees in conflict border areas. Thousands of refugees have now started to enter Moldova. Watch the full video below.
