Thanks To Innovation In Technology, Bank DKI Wins Indonesia IT Award 2022

JAKARTA - For its performance in increasing technological innovation, PT Bank DKI won the Indonesia IT Award 2022. In this virtual award, Bank DKI received a Gold Award in the category of The Best IT for Bank Company (Regional Development Bank).

This was conveyed by the Corporate Secretary of Bank DKI, Herry Djufraini in a written statement in Jakarta, Saturday, February 26. He expressed his gratitude to all parties who have contributed and provided support so that Bank DKI can receive the award.

"Our IT development is based on Bank DKI's support for DKI Jakarta Provincial government programs, and presents solutions for the needs of digital banking services for the community, including support for the MSME sector," said Herry.

As is known, the Indonesia IT Award 2022 is given to companies that are able to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate and continue to improve their business strategically related to the use of IT in achieving company goals as well as providing added value and services for its stakeholders.

Through JakOne Mobile, Bank DKI has presented digital banking solutions for user customers to create a more personal, mobile and reliable transaction experience ranging from paying various bills and online shopping, top up electronic money, giving alms/donating to others to securing emergency funds through opening online deposits.

In addition to JakOne Mobile, Bank DKI also provides JakCard, a prepaid card that has been widely used as e-tickets for various modes of public service transportation such as TransJakarta, Micro Trans, Jak Lingko Angkot, MRT Jakarta, LRT, to airport/Railink trains.

JakCard is also the main payment instrument in various tourist areas owned by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government such as Ancol, Ragunan Wildlife Park, Monas, Planetarium and various museums. Bank DKI is also trusted to distribute various social assistance programs such as Cash Social Assistance (BST), Jakarta Smart Card (KJP Plus), Jakarta Elderly Card (KLJ) and Jakarta Persons with Disabilities Card (KPDJ) as well as the Dasawisma program.

Bank DKI has also prepared a number of e-channel services through JakOne Community Apps. JakOne Community Apps is here as an effort to continuously improve digital banking services to various communities in DKI Jakarta and its surroundings. JakOne Community Apps is a digital banking service ecosystem consisting of JakOne Mobile, JakOne Abank, JakOne Erte, JakOne Artri, Ancol Apps to Si Ondel.

With the aim of encouraging the implementation of financial inclusion and expanding acceptance of digital payments, Bank DKI also presents JakOne Abank to be able to digitize transactions for MSME actors. JakOne Abank is an officeless banking service where Bank DKI is present through an agent using a Mobile Point of Sale (MPOS) device for paying taxes and levies, paying bills.

By becoming JakOne Abank, customers/traders who become agents can serve various banking transactions from the public and earn commissions from each transaction.
