JAKARTA - After paying a debt of Rp1.1 trillion, PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) focuses on operating activities by developing its property services. One of them is Prime Park Hotel & Convention Lombok in Mataram.
PP Properti Finance Director Deni Budiman said that the company is responsive in supporting the development of a super priority National Tourism Strategic Area (KSPN) by the Government, namely in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.

The Company has just made payments for its ongoing Bonds II Phase II Year 2021 worth IDR300 billion which matures on February 15, 2022 and Continuous Bonds I Phase II Year 2019 worth IDR800 billion which matures on February 22, 2022. So the total bond payments have been made. The company is valued at Rp. 1.1 trillion.
Deni explained that the company has allocated funds to make payments on the principal and interest on bonds maturing in January 2022. “The funds have been paid to the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) of Rp. 300 billion on February 14, 2022 and Rp. 800 billion on February 21, 2022. , said Deni.
