The North Sumatran Regional Police Hands Over Case Documents Of Empty Vaccine Injecting Doctors In Medan
MEDAN - North Sumatra Regional Police (North Sumatra) has transferred the case file of the empty vaccine injection case involving an individual TGA doctor to the Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the North Sumatra High Court.
"Investigators have handed over the case file to be investigated by the North Sumatran Attorney General's Office," said Head of Public Relations of the North Sumatra Police Kombes Hadi Wahyudi, in Medan, quoted by Antara, Tuesday, February 22.
Hadi said that the examination file for the doctor who injected the blank vaccine was complete at the investigation stage, and was handed over to the North Sumatra Attorney General's Office today.
Until now, there are two victims of the alleged empty vaccine injection at the Wahidin Sudirohusodo Elementary School (SD).
"From the results of laboratory tests on the blood of the two students, no vaccine was found in their bodies. And the blood samples were non-reactive," he said.
In this case, investigators have examined more than 20 witnesses, ranging from experts to victims.
"The doctor involved in the empty vaccine injection case is subject to Article 14 paragraph 1 of Law Number 1984 concerning Infectious Disease Outbreaks. The doctor's status is a suspect," he also said.
When asked when the case of the empty vaccine injection case would be tried, Hadi said he was waiting for the results of the research on the investigation files by the North Sumatra Attorney General's Office.
"We are still waiting for the results of the prosecutor's research," said Kombes Hadi.
