Jokowi's Grandson La Lembah Manah 3 Days Passed The Critical Period Of Dengue Fever, Gibran: His Condition Is Getting Better

SOLO - The youngest daughter of the Mayor of Solo, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, La Lembah Manah, apparently caught dengue fever and was hospitalized. Currently the Valley has recovered and is allowed to return home.

This information was revealed by Gibran when he met with the media crew, as reported by the Surabaya news YouTube show, Monday, February 21 evening.

"I'm waiting for (the Valley), Wednesday, Thursday Friday is a critical period. Dengue fever means that the temperature drops when it's critical. So far, it's hot, it keeps getting hot. When the temperature drops, in fact, during critical times, the platelets drop," said Gibran.

Lemba, who is also the grandson of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi), was admitted to the hospital last Wednesday. On Saturday night, continued Gibran, his daughter was already at home.

"It's getting better, haven't been sick before," said Gibran.

Gibran said the case of dengue fever could not be taken lightly. It could even exceed COVID-19. He has ordered the relevant agencies to massively provide socialization to Solo residents so that no one gets dengue fever.

For areas such as households that are recorded to have dengue fever patients, Gibran instructed fogging to be carried out. Previously, Gibran was absent during the commemoration ceremony for the 277th Anniversary of the City of Solo at the city hall courtyard, last Thursday, February 17. The anniversary was led by the Deputy Mayor, Teguh Prakosa.

After the ceremony, Teguh stated that Gibaran could not attend because he was accompanying his daughter who was being treated at the hospital.

"Mas Gibran couldn't attend, because his daughter was sick which he had to wait for himself. Last night I was on the phone. He said, please, the deputy lead the ceremony," said Teguh.
