JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo asked Basarnas to continue to increase innovation and improve the competence of human resources (HR). To deal with this, Jokowi said, it takes a large team that is responsive, militant, and able to provide fast and appropriate assistance. He conveyed this when giving a speech at the online National Working Meeting (Rakernas) of Basarnas, Seni (21/2). However, this team also has to increase innovation by utilizing technology.
