Police Arrest Male Persecutor With Wood Until Victim Dies In Toba, North Sumatra, The Trigger Hurts About Palm Oil Harvest
MEDAN - Police arrested a man with the initials AS (45) who tortured his victim FST (37) to death. Perpetrators use wood when persecuting the victim.
Toba Police Chief, AKBP Akala Fikta Jaya said the incident occurred on Saturday, February 19, at Siholi-holi Farm, Sibage Hamlet, Cinta Dame Village, Nassau District, Toba Regency, North Sumatra.
The incident was first discovered when the Habinsaran Police Chief received a report from a woman named Dewi Sartika Siagian (30).
The police immediately went to the scene and evacuated the victim to Porsea Hospital.
"However, the victim's life could not be saved," explained AKBP Akala, Monday, February 21.
AKBP Akala explained that the abuse was triggered by the perpetrators who were not happy with the victim.
"This incident was triggered by feelings of hurt because the perpetrator was not happy with the victim who was ordered by her parents to harvest oil palm," he explained.
Currently, the US perpetrators are detained at the Parsoburan Police. For his actions, the US perpetrators will be charged with Article 351 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code.
"The penalty is 5 years in prison," he concluded.
