Build Six Residential And Office Projects In Jakarta And Bekasi, Adhi Commuter Wants To Provide Urban Tourism Destinations
JAKARTA - PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk (ADCP) hopes that the six residential and office projects developed by the company in Jakarta and Bekasi will become new urban tourist destinations in the two cities.
The six projects in question are LRT City Bekasi-Green Avenue, LRT City Jatibening, LRT City Cikunir, LRT City Cibubur, LRT City MTH 27, and LRT City Ciracas.
Marketing Director of Adhi Commuter Indra Syahruzza said the company and its projects are here to answer the various needs of urban communities, including tourist destinations that are directly integrated with mass transportation facilities to facilitate mobility.
One of them is by presenting a commercial area in each project location belonging to the company that can be a place to relax, go shopping or culinary tours, and enjoy the urban atmosphere.
"Our presence and its projects not only answer the need for appropriate and efficient housing but also other needs that are no less important, such as the need for tourism which is an important component in maintaining the quality and balance of life for urban communities that are dynamic, productive and full of activity," said Indra in a statement quoted by Antara, Monday, February 21.

Until June 2022, this subsidiary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk plans to open six commercial areas out of the company's 12 project areas spread across Greater Jakarta. The initial commercial opening of the area will focus on the Jakarta and Bekasi areas.
