Starting From A Fire In A Clothing Store, 102 Pasar Gembong Village Market Stalls, Tangerang, Were Burned Down
TANGERANG - 102 stalls at the Gembong Village Market, Balaraja, Tangerang Regency were burned down by the red rooster. Losses are estimated at up to Rp 1 billion.
Head of Emergency and Logistics BPBD Tangerang Regency Abdul Munir confirmed the incident. The incident occurred on Sunday, February 20, in the early hours of the morning.
"Yes, that's right, there were approximately hundreds of units that were burned, a loss of Rp. 1 billion," said Head of Emergency and Logistics of BPBD Tangerang Regency Abdul Munir when confirmed, Sunday, February 20.
The incident began when the market security officer, Apud, was traveling around on patrol. Suddenly saw black smoke from one of the stalls in the Gembong Market.
Abdul said the fire came from a clothing stall. He assumed it was due to an electrical short.
"Because the stall contained a lot of ingredients, the fire spread quickly and spread to other stalls in the vicinity," he said.
His party just received the report, Sunday, February 20, at 03.25 WIB. A total of five fire stations in Tangerang Regency were deployed.
The fire posts deployed were one unit of Balaraja post, one unit of Cisoka post, one unit of Tigaraksa post, one unit of Kiosk Kronjo, one unit of MAKO.
"The fire can be extinguished and immediately carried out cooling by the firefighters at 05.15 WIB," he explained.
Abdul confirmed that there were no casualties in the incident. Because at the time of the incident there were no merchants selling.
"There were no casualties, because the condition was that no one was selling," he said.
