Woman In Lumajang Desperately Cuts Her Husband's Genitals, Suspected Of Mental Disorder And Often Possessed

LUMAJANG - A woman in Rojopolo Village, Jatiroto District, Lumajang, with the initials HS (29) was determined to slash her husband's genitals.

As a result, her husband Abdul Hamid (42) suffered serious injuries to his genitals. The Head of Jatiroto Police, AKP Rudy Isyanto said the incident occurred on Thursday, February 17.

At first his wife asked him to have sex. The husband agreed to his wife's request. The victim rushed to put on the gloves.

"I don't know why HS then left the room and walked towards the kitchen. He took a knife. Spontaneously he slashed the knife at his husband's genitals," she said.

After slashing it, HS attempted to commit suicide by stabbing a knife into his body. But the action was prevented by her husband.

"The victim immediately screamed for help to be heard by residents and finally the victim was taken to the hospital. He suffered serious injuries to his genitals," he said.

Rudy said, based on the information that had been gathered, HS often did strange things. The suspect is suspected of having a mental disorder.

"Information that we received from the family, HS is often possessed, such as being possessed by a genie. We are still investigating this case further," he said.
