Dhena Devanka Officially Divorced And Gets Child Custody, Jonathan Frizzy Ready To Appeal

JAKARTA - Jonathan Frizzy and Dhena Devanka are currently undergoing divorce proceedings at the Religious Courts (PA) in South Jakarta, today, Thursday, February 17. With the decision agenda, Dhena and Jonathan are officially divorced.

From the results of the decision, Dhena gets child custody and a living allowance of Rp. 30 million per month. Jonathan, who this time was only represented by his attorney, Sinarta Bangun, stated that his party would appeal.

"He is not satisfied with this decision, so there is a possibility of an appeal. Jonathan has to pay a child's living of Rp. 30 million plus a year there is an increase of 10%. This has not been done, depending on Jonathan whether he accepts it or not," said Sinarta

"Jonathan was not present because he was not arranged to attend. But he respects the judge's decision," he added.

The uncle of the artist who is familiarly called Ijonk, Benny Simanjuntak also expressed his dissatisfaction with the decision but still respects the results of the South Jakarta Religious Court.

"I'm a bit disappointed, but when the decision is made, what else can we do? We have 14 days to appeal, Rp. 30 million is too big because Ijonk doesn't have a permanent job yet," said Benny.

"He (Dhena) did not ask for custody, he asked for guardianship which means only money. We'll see maybe Jonathan will appeal," he concluded.

Dhena Devanka filed for divorce against Jonathan Frizzy to the Religious Courts (PA) of South Jakarta, on August 20, 2021. Until now, the two of them still live under one roof and will live their own lives after selling their residence.
