Extraordinary, In Nagan Raya Since December 2021 It Is Said That There Have Been No Cases Of COVID-19

JAKARTA - The Nagan Raya Regency COVID-19 Task Force, Aceh Province, noted that until February 2022 it had not found any transmission of the corona virus in the area since the end of 2021.

"Thank God, there are currently no cases of COVID-19 in Nagan Raya," said the spokesperson for the Nagan Raya Regency COVID-19 Task Force, Dr. Dedi Apriadi in Suka Makmue, Wednesday, February 16, as reported by Antara.

He said that there were no new cases of COVID-19 in this area to be grateful for, because public awareness to comply with health protocols was increasing.

Dedi also explained that in 2021, the Nagan Raya Regency COVID-19 Task Force recorded that 510 positive COVID-19 residents in this area were declared cured.

"Out of a total of 574 residents who have been confirmed positive for COVID-19, 510 of them have been declared cured and healthy," said Dedi.

He explained that most of the residents who were declared cured had received various medical treatments at hospitals in the district and in the provincial capital.

Meanwhile, the number of residents in Nagan Raya who died due to exposure to COVID-19 was 62 people, he said.
