It was revealed that before Novi Amelia took her action, the apartment security officers caught her. According to the police, the security tried to prevent Novi Amelia from jumping in. But allegedly, the security screams were not heard. Novi Amelia died, Wednesday, February 16 after she fell from the 8th floor of the apartment. The following is a statement from the police.
