East Java Police Summons The Deputy Regent Of Blitar Regarding Allegations Of Falsification Of Land Dispute Decisions

SURABAYA - The East Java Regional Police have sent a summons to the Deputy Regent of Blitar Rahmat Santoso regarding the alleged falsification of the land dispute decision letter reported by a businessman from Surabaya Hadi Prajitno.

Head of Public Relations of the East Java Police Kombes Gatot Repli Handoko said the summons was based on LP/623.01/IX/SPKT/POLDA JATIM on suspicion of a fake decision letter from the Supreme Court related to land disputes in the Osowilangun area.

"The Ditreskrimum sent a summons yesterday, but he (Rahmat) was not present. Maybe he was called on 19 (February)," he said, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, February 16.

Meanwhile, the complainant's lawyer, Satria WA Warman, said that his party had reported to the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) of the East Java Police since November 28, 2021. The series of examinations had been carried out.

Regarding the reported case, he explained that the alleged forgery of the letter was carried out by Rahmat before serving as Deputy Regent of Blitar. At that time, the reported party was still a lawyer.

"We have written to the Supreme Court and received a reply that the decision (given by Rahmat) is not registered or fake," he said.

Satria explained that at first, Hadi, who represented Kaman bin Irfa'i (heir of Haji Djabar), asked Rahmat for help to arrange a judicial review at the Supreme Court for the case of a State Administrative dispute (TUN) for the land book registration letter c 181 in 2018.

Rahmat agreed and asked for a PK management service fee of Rp. 10 billion and was paid in three stages.

Two of the payments were received by Joko who had been examined as a witness by the Ditreskrimum Polda East Java and the other was sent via BCA transfer to an account in the name of Rahmat Santoso.

"That year, Rahmat himself handed over the decision to Hadi at the Mingyoga Korean Restaurant on Jalan HR Muhammad," he said.

In the decision given by Rahmat, the PK applicant, namely Kaman, was declared the winning party against the Head of the Surabaya BPN Office as Respondent I and PT Multi Bangun Sarana (MBS) as Respondent II.

One day later, Hadi received information that the verdict he received was fake. This was later confirmed to Rahmat. Rahmat at that time confirmed that the verdict he gave was the original.

To answer these doubts, Hadi is waiting for the official decision to be handed down at the Surabaya District Court (PN). When the official decision came down, Kaman's side was still declared the losing party.

"Not as the winning party like the decision given by Rahmat," he said.
