Wow, Regent Ade Yasin Says 605,959 Land Parcels In Bogor Do Not Yet Have Certificates From BPN
BOGOR - Bogor Regent Ade Yasin said as many as 605,959 plots of land in Bogor Regency, West Java Province, did not have a certificate or were not registered in the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program by the National Land Agency (BPN).
"There are still 605,959 parcels of land in Bogor Regency that have not been registered," said Ade Yasin when launching the Corruption Free Area (WBK)/Clean Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) at the Bogor Regency BPN Office, Antara, Wednesday, February 16.
In the period 2017-2021, of the approximately 2,000,000 parcels of land in Bogor Regency, 1,394,041 plots of land have been registered in the PTSL program, while another 306,594 parcels have been issued certificates.
With so much work to be done, he continued, it is necessary to reform the bureaucracy in all government agencies and improve public services, including vertical institutions such as the BPN.
Improvements can be made by organizing and strengthening the organization, management, management of human resources (HR) of the apparatus, supervision, accountability, quality of public services, to the mindset.
Ade said that the Bogor Regency Government (Pemkab) fully supports the efforts of the Bogor Regency BPN in realizing the WBM and WBBM integrity zones, as stated in Presidential Regulation (Perpres) No. 81 of 2010 concerning the Grand Design of Bureaucratic Reform 2010-2025.
"The declaration of the construction of the integrity zone must increase the enthusiasm and motivation of the Bogor Regency Land Office staff, so that they are more excellent in serving the community. And of course they must be committed and have a rhythmic mindset, so that the construction of this integrity zone can be successful," he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Bogor Regency Agrarian and Spatial Planning (ATR)/BPN Office, Sepyo Achanto, explained that the integrity zone is a predicate for government agencies, leaders and staff, who have a strong commitment to create a corruption-free area and a clean bureaucratic area to serve.
"That is through bureaucratic reform, especially in preventing corruption and improving the quality of public services; by structuring six things, namely, structuring the land arrangement area, human resources area, supervision area, accountability, public service area, and change management area," he said.
Sepyo said bureaucratic reform at the Bogor Regency Land Office is the first step to structuring a good, effective, efficient public service delivery system, so that public services can be carried out quickly, accurately and professionally.
